We Need Space description

We Need Space

WE NEED SPACE is a romantic comedy visual novel that navigates the humorous and chaotic dynamics of love under extraordinary circumstances. The story centers around Gwen, an obsessive planner who, after a tumultuous breakup with the free-spirited Amelia, impulsively enrolls her ex in a space-launch service. This decision is driven by vengeful motives, as Gwen hopes to teach Amelia a lesson.

However, the tables are turned when Amelia, with her characteristic spontaneity, signs Gwen up for the same space mission. The two find themselves unexpectedly launched into space, where misfortune strikes—causing their rocket to malfunction. Stranded among the stars, Gwen and Amelia must confront their past, resolve their differences, and collaborate to survive the perilous situation they’re in.

As players, you’ll navigate their tensions, explore themes of love and redemption, and witness the evolution of their relationship—all while trying to work together to return to Earth. Can you help them reconcile and find their way home, or will their time in space lead to irrevocable change?
