Hornet the Vanguard description

Hornet the Vanguard

Step into the early 1900s of Dainichikoukoku, a land reminiscent of Japan, where the military's grip tightens and a secret intelligence agency known as "Theatres" operates in the shadows. You play as Hachiya, a clever and reckless protagonist, thrust into a web of lies, mystique, and intrigue. Following the enigmatic death of his superior, you embark on a gripping adventure filled with exploration and puzzle-solving.

In each chapter, you will face a unique case that tests your investigation skills. Chapter 1 has Hachiya infiltrating the opulent Koutoza theater, only to find himself accused of murder as an actress is killed. In Chapter 2, he delves into the supernatural, investigating mysterious deaths tied to a yokai in a downtrodden neighborhood.

The game's structure allows for dual endings in each chapter, offering players choices that influence outcomes. As you gather evidence and engage key witnesses during deductions, the true essence of each case unfolds. Meet a cast of intriguing characters, including the charming yet duplicitous detective Yuzaki and the fiercely independent Kugami, who adds more layers to this compelling narrative.

Prepare for an immersive adventure in Hornet the Vanguard.
