Gearbits: Raider Expedition is an exciting expansion campaign for the original Gearbits game, set in a universe where peace has returned to the planet of Ourant after the giant insects have been eliminated. This thrilling side-story unfolds after the main storyline, as raiders and salvagers flock to the remote areas of the planet in a quest to uncover forgotten scraps and treasures from the insect attacks.

In this expansion, players follow a small crew of salvagers who stumble upon the sentient navigational computer of a crashed spaceship. Once awakened, the computer enlists the crew’s help to locate crucial parts of its former vessel. Their journey leads them through hostile territories, where they must confront well-armed mercenaries and the resurfacing menaces of giant insects.

The expansion features 10 new story missions, introducing unique scenarios and a fresh cast of characters. Players can also pilot new robots, which are agile yet unwieldy, providing a new gameplay experience for seasoned players. Additionally, the campaign features new maps specifically designed for this expansion, which are also playable in the popular wave battle mode.
