As a survival escape ARPG, D-Hospital challenges players to control their protagonists in a frantic race for survival. With over 90% of the hospital's survivors either injured or dead, every decision counts. Explore the environment, locate other survivors, and seek your escape route while encountering perilous enemies that can restrain you, leading to disastrous outcomes if you fail to evade them.

The game features 32 basic CGs, along with immersive animations, sound effects, and voice acting to enhance the atmosphere.
