In Secret Toy, players step into the shoes of a protagonist tasked with launching an adult product development business at the request of his influential father. Eager to break free from a monotonous routine, the protagonist embarks on this exciting venture, aiming to elevate his business to new heights.

The gameplay revolves around interactive commands executed with the left mouse button. Players must enhance levels of sales, design, and technology through strategic clicks, paving the way for innovative product development. By accessing the development menu, players can create an array of unique adult products that will be automatically delivered, generating ongoing profits.

However, success is not guaranteed. Players must carefully manage their finances, as a negative balance during monthly settlements can lead to defeat. Throughout the game, players will encounter six intriguing female characters. Notably, developing a product that reaches a specified level while one of the heroines is employed will unlock special movies, adding an extra layer of engagement to the experience.
