Cursed West is an immersive action-adventure game set in a hauntingly beautiful world, where players navigate through various levels with a mix of traditional side-scrolling and 3D gameplay. Players advance from left to right, battling fierce enemies while also tackling stealth sections that require remaining undetected.

Players will experience thrilling horseback riding levels, where survival is key as they traverse through challenging terrains. The game features multiple endings based on player choices and actions throughout their journey, ensuring a unique experience with each playthrough.

Additionally, Cursed West includes three unlockable modes to enhance gameplay:
