Rustwing is an exhilarating twin-stick shooter roguelike where you assume the role of a mercenary spaceship navigating the vast and treacherous expanse of space. As you journey through uncharted star systems, you'll encounter various factions arising from humanity's fragmented history. After achieving unity under the Federation, humanity fell into chaos as differing beliefs and interests led to the emergence of many factions scattered across the cosmos.

Each run offers a unique experience, featuring a randomly generated star map that reveals a mix of combat scenarios, friendly stations, and mysterious anomalies. Your adventure spans five distinct sectors, requiring you to traverse three before completing your mission. Combat is at the heart of Rustwing, where you'll face diverse battle situations and objectives that demand quick thinking and strategy.

As you progress, you'll gain access to a variety of upgrades and power-ups. Customize your ship with two automatic side weapons, a manually operated primary weapon, and a transformative special ability.
