Meiji Tokyo Renka Full Moon (also known as Meikoi) is an immersive historical romance fantasy game that transports players back to the captivating Meiji era. In this otome game, players assume the role of Mei Ayatsuki, an ordinary high school girl who is magically whisked away to a time when the enigmatic Mononoke were a part of everyday life. Guided by the self-proclaimed magician Charlie, Mei finds herself at the Rokumeikan during a mysterious full moon night, where she encounters historical figures such as Ougai Mori, Kyoka Izumi, and the newly added Tosuke Iwasaki, among others. As Mei navigates her new reality, she discovers her special ability as a "Tamayori," which allows her to perceive Mononoke, deepening her connections with the handsome men she meets. The game features a newly written bonus scenario and supports multiple languages, including Japanese, English, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
