On June 3rd, 1998, the local jazz radio station WSKC becomes the epicenter of a chilling emergency as a rogue group takes control of the Emergency Alert System. Take Cover Now is an analog horror game that delves into the terrifying scenario of how safety systems can be manipulated to sow chaos and fear.

Players step into the shoes of Scott Crosby, a dedicated radio DJ preparing for a stormy night and receiving an alarming email from his boss warning him, “Don’t Trust the Emergency Alerts.” As ominous threats emerge, Scott must navigate a maze of dangers while grappling with the uncertain reality that surrounds him. With a fierce determination to protect his daughter, who is blissfully unaware of the mounting peril, Scott's goal is clear: keep the station operational and stay alive.

Offering a unique gameplay experience, Take Cover Now features stealth, puzzles, and a branching narrative that allows players to also view the unfolding events through the eyes of his rebellious daughter, Amber.
