To survive, you must navigate the expansive house, solving intricate puzzles while making strategic decisions. Noise can alert the Evil Doll to your presence, compelling you to stay quiet and cautious. You have options to run, hide under beds, or in closets, but if spotted, the doll will not hesitate to end your life.

Explore various rooms, floors, and hidden areas, utilizing limited weapons found throughout the house to defend yourself, albeit temporarily. The game features five difficulty levels—Practice, Easy, Normal, Hard, and Nightmare—allowing you to match the challenge to your skill. Each playthrough is unique, with randomized item spawns and an immersive atmosphere designed to keep your heart racing.
