In this Early Access version, players can explore newly expanded maps like the Pool and Parking Lot, each housing its own unique challenges and menacing creatures. Team up with up to 8 players, using teamwork and communication to navigate the labyrinth and survive.

Your missions involve gathering bizarre items and completing objectives while avoiding dangerous entities lurking in the shadows. As players, you must send these items to the dumbwaiter located in the main control room. The stakes are high; if your team fails to meet the target amount multiple times, the control room will no longer operate, ending your session.

With future updates promising new maps—including the Sewers—and an array of terrifying creatures, the full release of Backroom Company aims to deepen the survival mechanics and enhance the overall experience. You'll rely on your walkie-talkie to stay connected with teammates, navigate sound-sensitive monsters, and strategize before venturing out.
