FUTURE SWASHBUCKLER is an intense Soul-like swordplay game set in a futuristic city, where players control two knights engaged in strategic battles from dawn till dusk. Your objective is to navigate the challenges of combat smartly, as every battle has significant consequences based on your performance. At the end of each day, a strict evaluation from your employer will determine if you maintain your job; achieve a grade of B or higher to continue the fight, or face dismissal if your performance falters.
Each day, you'll select from ten dynamic cards that can influence stamina, attack power, and experience gains, altering the state of battle in your favor or against you. Strategically switch between characters, with one always granting a 1.5 times attack boost, to maximize your effectiveness in combat.
Collect various items throughout your journey, such as health or experience boosts, and face progressively tougher bosses over the course of five challenging days. Success leads to empowerment through sword upgrades, which may enhance your abilities for future attempts, while failure means starting over. Note: Only XBOX controllers are officially supported for play.
