Nitrogen Narcosis description

Nitrogen Narcosis

Nitrogen Narcosis is a chilling deep-sea diving game designed for those with a taste for thrill and adventure. Set in abandoned facilities that are either sinking or already submerged, players can team up with up to 7 others to recover lost materials and bring them back to your captain's submarine. Equipped with only the most basic deep-dive suits, you must navigate the treacherous depths while facing the harrowing effects of nitrogen narcosis, leading you to experience vivid hallucinations as sanity slips away.

The game emphasizes exploration in various dilapidated facilities, ranging from shallow waters where light still penetrates to pitch-black depths filled with danger. Each facility offers unique layouts, including key-card secured doors, automatic gates, and unpredictable dangers behind every corner. Encounter a variety of creatures, from sharks and crab scavengers to terrifying mutants like specimen 2626, all posing threats to your mission.

With the addition of the Arctic Freeze Update, players can explore new environments, face novel challenges, and uncover exciting loot. Please note that Nitrogen Narcosis is an invite-only experience, requiring players to join hosted lobbies via Steam, ensuring a unique and cohesive gameplay experience.
