Squat Ops is an innovative single-player tactical stealth game that cleverly combines storyline immersion with physical fitness. Set in a terrorist-occupied nuclear facility, players assume the role of Hart, using stealth and strategic movements to outmaneuver enemies and complete missions. The twist? You’ll be working out while playing!

Using advanced machine learning technology, Squat Ops tracks players' movements through a PC camera or compatible headphones. Perform bodyweight squats to navigate Hart through levels, and hold a squat to activate D.R.U.M camouflage, allowing you to blend in and avoid detection. Jumping triggers dive actions, enabling Hart to leap over obstacles or incapacitate foes.

Each level serves as a fitness puzzle, designed to be completed in just 2-3 minutes, burning approximately 30-50 calories. Between levels, engage with your team via video calls, gaining insight into mission objectives while taking short breaks. As the narrative unfolds, players can build relationships with team members, impacting loyalty and unlocking special dialogues that enrich the storyline.
