Fantasy Grounds - Vermilium description

Vermilium: A Dark Fantasy RPG

In Vermilium, the remnants of humanity cling to life in a vast, untamed wilderness shaped by a supernatural force. The shattered remains of the ancient civilization known as the Architects lie beneath the landscapes of the north and south continents, the Auroras. Once masters of construction, the Architects fell victim to a cataclysm called The Bleed, which caused the essence of magic—the Pale—to seep into the mortal realm, altering everything it touched.

This setting is a gritty, western-inspired dark fantasy RPG for the Savage Worlds Adventure Edition, where players can embody antiheroes such as bounty hunters, tomb raiders, and vigilante drifters. Adventure in Vermilium means facing the unknown, scavenging for survival, and navigating a morally ambiguous world filled with humans, elves, dwarves, halflings, mysterious sasquatch, clockwork beings, and a host of monsters.

Vermilium offers players rich content, including detailed gazetteers, seven unique bloodlines, 60 Edges and Hindrances, and a bestiary containing nearly 100 profiles. Venture into crumbling factories, hunt monstrous bounties, and craft extraordinary items while exploring treacherous black markets. The world of Vermilium invites you to embark on an unforgettable journey filled with adventure and danger.
