Total War: PHARAOH Dynasties expands the Bronze Age saga, stretching the campaign world from the Aegean across Mesopotamia and down to Ancient Egypt. Dynasties nearly doubles the map by adding 168 new settlements, along with new historical landmarks and fresh victory objectives that deepen strategic variety and long‑term planning.

To navigate this expanded sandbox, new Sea Travel Lanes speed up fleets, letting your armies raid and invade farther and faster than before. The seas become a major artery for empire building, balancing land power with naval reach as you push across waters and shores alike.

Four new playable factions arrive: Babylon, the Assyrians of Hanigalbat, Mycenae, and Troy. Mycenae and Troy inhabit the Aegean, opposing Babylon and the Assyrians of Hanigalbat in Mesopotamia. These major powers arrive alongside 25 additional minor factions, offering vast opportunities to shape the Bronze Age’s fate through diplomacy, treachery, and enduring domination during the era’s cataclysmic collapse.

Dynasties introduces a new family tree and Dynasty system. Reign over life and succession as you craft a legacy through strategic marriages, heroic battlefield deaths, assassinations, and the slow march of old age. Your dynasty’s strength and choices influence your empire’s stability, longevity, and the legends that outlive you.

Warfare receives a substantial boost with over 150 new and reworked units, including cavalry, camel riders, and faction‑specific units such as the Guards of Troy. The roster supports diverse playstyles—from mighty land armies to nimble amphibious campaigns—across the new and existing theatres of war.

New battle mechanics further sharpen decision making on the field, notably the Lethality modifier. This system makes charges and missile exchanges deadlier and more decisive, demanding sharper timing and coercive moments to turn the tide in brutal clashes.

Dynasties lets you chart a sweeping epic through the Bronze Age’s upheaval while building your dynasty’s influence across continents. It remains an expansion that requires ownership of Total War: PHARAOH to play, and it invites seasoned commanders to master a broader map, richer factions, deeper politics, and intensified battles.
