Dive into the rich and challenging world of Temunjung: Cultivation in Drylands, a historical strategy farming game set in West Timor from the mid-19th century to 1941. As the village chief, you will navigate the complexities of managing a community in an environment where the short rainy season makes long-term cultivation difficult.

You will interact with and lead five distinct ethnic groups, each with its own unique characteristics:

• Atoni: The native people of the mountainous regions near Kupang.
• Tetun: Inhabitants of Belu and Malaka, part of Portuguese Timor.
• Helong: Residing in Kupang and Semau Island.
• Bunak: Mountain dwellers of Lamaknen.
• Kemak: Communities around Belu and Lamaknen, who fled Portuguese rule in 1912.

The game features three modes: History Mode, where you experience events from 1859 to 1941; Challenge Mode, testing your skills in a five-year survival scenario; and Sandbox Mode, offering complete freedom to customize your village without historical constraints. Manage resources, build defenses, and establish relations with colonial powers while promoting prosperity in your village.
