Fantasy Grounds - The Genius Guide to the Death Knight description

The Genius Guide to the Death Knight

Dive into the shadowy realm of the Death Knight, a formidable class designed for those who wish to wield the powers of death and decay. This adaptation of a 17-page sourcebook offers an alternate class, alongside three new feats—Deadly Steed, Extra Immunity, and Icy Gaze of Death. Explore the realm of anti-paladin spells with sinister motifs such as disintegrate undead, vigor of the grave, and many more.

Death knights serve as champions of the grave, often chosen by gods representing undeath and decay, with a singular goal: to rid the world of life and herald the age of undeath. While their nature is fundamentally evil, some are empowered by gods of true death, acting as guardians of the grave who oppose the undead forces.

In gameplay, evil death knights align with fiendish powers, carving a path through the living while drawing cultists and necromancers to their dark side. Conversely, neutral death knights serve the greater balance, opposing undead threats while remaining detached from mortal concerns. Embrace the complex morality of the Death Knight and shape your destiny in a world where death reigns supreme.
