Trainz 2022 DLC - VR K class - K190 2 Tone Green description

The VR K Class - K190 2 Tone Green DLC for Trainz 2022 offers a detailed simulation of one of the most iconic steam locomotives in Victorian Railway history. Built between 1922 and 1946, the K class was celebrated for its versatility, operating successfully in various roles, from branchline freight to mainline passenger services.

This DLC features the K190 variant, preserved in its striking 2 tone green livery between 1979 and 1993. Players can explore four different versions of the locomotive, each representing changes to its livery and tender details throughout the years. The model is designed for broad gauge (5ft3in) track and includes a rich array of features for realism.

  • Texture swapping options for "Pristine", "Cleaned", and "Weathered" appearances.
  • Dynamic steam and smoke effects influenced by operating conditions.
  • Highly detailed PBR materials and an intricately designed cab with operational controls.
  • Animated components including cab doors, windows, and a depleting coal load.
  • Functional lighting and scripted sound effects for an immersive experience.

Experience the legacy of the K class like never before in Trainz 2022 with this captivating DLC.
