Train Sim World® 5: DB BR 101 Loco Add-On
The DB BR 101 is a remarkable addition to the Train Sim World® 5 universe, embodying Germany's legacy of modern electric locomotives. Originating from the need to modernize express passenger services in the 1990s, this locomotive was developed through a collaboration between DB and ABB, resulting in a fleet of 145 units that began service in February 1997.
With its striking DB Traffic Red livery and exceptional design, the DB BR 101 has become an essential workhorse for Deutsche Bahn, efficiently handling high-speed passenger services. Players can explore its intricacies through a highly detailed and feature-rich driving cab, experiencing authentic performance and handling that mirrors real-world operations.
This add-on includes:
- Authentic sound recordings sourced directly from the actual locomotive.
- A Journey Mode chapter specifically for Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr.
- An accessible training module and three engaging scenarios.
- Compatibility with Livery Designer and Scenario Planner.
To experience the DB BR 101, the Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr: Duisburg - Bochum Route Add-On is required. Embark on your journey with this iconic locomotive today!
