Each call is unique, ranging from distressed parents to unpredictable threats, demanding calm and quick thinking.

The game offers a Free Play mode, allowing you to select any city worldwide and download its real map, complete with authentic streets and an emergency infrastructure. Alternatively, the Career mode presents six cities, each filled with unique events.
