The Great Farce description

The Great Farce

The Great Farce is an immersive non-linear mystery game where your choices directly impact the unfolding investigation. Players step into the shoes of Claudia Marcó de Pont, a determined journalist and the wife of former president Ulises García, as she navigates a web of intrigue surrounding a series of attacks on prominent political figures in the newly democratised nation of Castela.

This game emphasizes Player Driven Investigation, allowing you to decide how to tackle the central mystery. Choose whom to interrogate, where to investigate, and what questions to ask, but beware: not all choices yield reliable information, and some sources may be untrustworthy.

As you gather clues and evidence, you'll engage in Information Management. Build a case board to connect seemingly unrelated data, and slowly piece together the truth behind the chaos. Additionally, the game incorporates Time Management as a vital element, with each action consuming precious time. Timing is crucial, as certain events and leads may only present themselves at specific moments. How you navigate the investigation will determine success—make your choices wisely!
