Their primary goal is to evade capture and survive until time runs out or manage to escape the hunters. Players must exercise cunning to hide and use their unique ability to manipulate their environment, creating distractions and triggering traps.

On the other hand, the Chaenombrus are mystical guardians capable of invisibility, assigned to hunt down the Fulgeonix at any cost. They rely on their skills to detect the energy signatures of the escaping prisoners among various dynamic environments, including urban landscapes, abandoned factories, and natural terrain.

Players controlling the Fulgeonix must complete secondary objectives such as stealing resources or sabotaging infrastructure to progress, while the Chaenombrus strive to capture all escaped prisoners before they can achieve their goals.
