In Coffee Extra: Ukuzala, a group of friends finds themselves trapped in an ancient house during a violent thunderstorm. Seeking entertainment, they stumble upon a peculiar fertility-themed board game that seems harmless at first. However, as they play, they begin to suffer from strange symptoms such as nausea and fatigue. What starts as innocent fun soon escalates as one girl's stomach visibly swells, leaving the group in shock.

Drawing inspiration from classic adventure games, Coffee Extra: Ukuzala combines rich storytelling with immersive gameplay. Players must navigate through the eerie house, interacting with each character and unraveling the mystery through various puzzles. The game features three unique branching paths, each leading to different experiences. Completing all paths unlocks the Free Play mode, where players can engage in a dynamic board game infused with character commentary.
