Memento Mori is an immersive VR room-escape experience created as a four-person portfolio project. You awaken in an unfamiliar, unsettling space with no memory of how you arrived—or even who you are. With only fragments of recognition surfacing as you explore, your first goal is simple: escape. The deeper you go, the more the environment and its details provoke uneasy questions about your past.

Designed around a quiet, empty horror tone rather than constant action, the game focuses on atmosphere, tension, and discovery. In VR, narrow rooms, eerie stillness, and uncertain sounds create a sense of isolation that can feel overwhelming—in the best way for players who enjoy suspense. Moments of surprise are used to deliver sharp spikes of adrenaline, offering a satisfying catharsis after careful exploration.

Key Gameplay
