Play online co-op with up to 7 players and face the labyrinth together. Stick close and move carefully, or split up to search faster at the risk of being isolated when danger strikes. Communication and quick decisions are essential: the Backrooms punish hesitation, and getting lost can be as deadly as any monster.

Survive, Solve, Escape

Each run challenges your group to explore eerie environments, gather critical items, and push forward toward a way out. You’ll need to complete co-op puzzles, search for keys, solve riddles, and unlock exits while staying alert. Progress is never free—every objective forces you deeper into places you were never meant to find.

The game delivers an immersive atmosphere through realistic graphics, detailed environments, and dynamic lighting that turns ordinary hallways into places you don’t want to look away from. A distinctive human eye focus mechanic enhances the effect: objects you focus on become crisp and clear, pulling your attention exactly where the fear wants it—while everything else fades into uncertainty.

You are not alone. Terrifying enemies roam the Backrooms, each with its own behavior and hunting patterns. Survival depends on stealth, smart routes, and knowing when to move—and when to stay silent and hide. The corridors may look empty, but danger is always near.

Co-op Moments (and Misbehavior)

Even in the darkest situations, your team can break the tension with in-game pranks—slap your friends or trigger funny actions during downtime. It won’t stop what’s coming, but it might help you keep going.

Featuring 5 challenging levels ranging from tight, claustrophobic hallways to larger unsettling areas, the game offers fresh threats and new escape routes as you progress. Updates and additional levels are planned, expanding the nightmare over time.
