Nelumbra is a fast-paced 2.5D roguelite time-survival game where every run is a fight against fading light and an endless cycle of timeloops. You play as the Light Bearer, a chosen savior trapped in repeating loops, forced to face relentless celestial hordes and powerful bosses while uncovering the truth of your own fate. Each attempt pushes you closer to breaking free—or becoming part of the cycle forever.

Movement is your greatest weapon. Nelumbra’s signature dash system lets you redirect and chain rapid dashes to carve paths through swarming enemies. As you progress, you can enhance your dashes with new effects and scaling power, turning mobility into a core part of your build and survival plan.

The world itself is hostile: light gradually fades as you move through each level, tightening the pressure and forcing you to adapt. Managing this encroaching darkness becomes a key part of your strategy—finding ways to recharge and keep the shadows at bay while the tension rises around you.

Build your run with meaningful choices. Discover and combine 20 celestial artefacts designed to radically change how you play. Boost your auto-attacks, amplify dashes, create clones, and stack synergistic effects into dynamic builds that can shift from run to run. Between loops, you’ll also upgrade weapons to shape a preferred playstyle and push further each attempt.
