Take Thy Throne: An Online Sidescrolling Tower Defense Game

Released on June 7, 2016, Take Thy Throne offers an engaging online multiplayer experience, blending tower defense mechanics with sidescrolling gameplay. Up to 6 players can compete in various game modes, with future free DLC planned to expand the offering.

The primary mode challenges players to dismantle enemy towers and barricades to reach the enemy's King, hidden within the Throne room. Players can choose from 4 classes, with more options coming soon. Strategic gameplay is crucial: choose different paths, collect gold, purchase items tailored to your class, or craft buildables to fortify your strongholds.

Matches conclude when a King is slain, marking the end of the game. Currently, three modes are available: Take Thy Throne, Capture The Flag, and Dragon Slayer (a single-player/co-op experience). Upcoming modes like Deathmatch and Village mode will further enrich gameplay.

Supported by the Steam platform, the game ensures effortless match hosting and joining, and is designed for Windows, with plans to expand to Linux and possibly Mac and mobile devices in the future.
