Factory Planner

Factory Planner is a card-based strategy and simulation game where you build your own factory from scratch by combining different types of cards, managing resources, and optimizing production lines. Each card serves a distinct role—Facility, Organization, Engineer, or Resource—and defines inputs, outputs, and behavior. Plan carefully, place cards, and your factory can grow from a humble workshop into an industrial powerhouse.

The core of the game is crafting fully functional production chains with precise flow: solid and liquid inputs, power connections, and output routing. Cards have unique input/output nodes, and connections snap in 90-degree angles. A wrong link can halt the entire system, so layout and timing matter as much as card choice.

Power and energy management are central. Use thermal generators to supply machines, distribute energy with splitters and mergers, and monitor demand. If power demands exceed supply, the grid alerts you and systems shut down until balance is restored.

Engineer cards boost performance. Assign engineers to production or storage units to increase efficiency, unlock new recipes, or reduce energy use. Assignments take effect after the current production cycle, encouraging careful planning and anticipation.

Storage and flow must be balanced. Storage units have limits; misconnected outputs can jam the line, excess materials can halt collection, and throughput must be kept steady to avoid bottlenecks.

Crafting and upgrades let you evolve cards into higher-capacity, higher-efficiency modules. Start with simple materials and progress to advanced resources such as sulfur and uranium, eventually building high-tech factories powered by nuclear energy.

The game is a comprehensive sandbox: a no-enemies, purely production-focused experience. Build at your own pace, experiment with layouts, and push your automation to the limit.

Keep track of everything: active cards, working engineers, the Facredit balance, and more. An intelligent alert system notifies you about full storage, missing materials, or power failures so you can react fast.

From wood and iron to sulfur, uranium, and beyond, Factory Planner invites you to think, plan, and produce. Craft seamless production lines, manage resources wisely, and grow a humble workshop into a legendary industrial empire.
