Your responsibilities involve addressing various inmate needs, from providing food and water to installing waste disposal systems. Neglecting leisure facilities may lead to unrest, including riots and jailbreaks.
Engage skilled prisoners for special missions, ranging from bank heists to cybercrime. Produce nearly 100 different goods, including clothing, drugs, and firearms, in six distinct workshops. Sell these items in a fluctuating market to expand your prison empire.
Forge alliances with local gangs, navigate their rivalries, and ensure a balanced influence in the city to thrive.
