Drill Rift is a punishing dwarf-led survival and management game set in the deepest cave ever breached. Beyond the stone, your scouts uncovered an open rift—a portal to somewhere unknown. The King of the Mountain has given a single command: send a crew, build an outpost, and extract everything you can before the depths take you.

You begin with four workers and only enough supplies to survive the first few days. After that, every decision is on you. Expand a fragile foothold into a functioning mining operation by building and upgrading the machinery that keeps your outpost alive. Each upgrade level matters, but resources are limited, so planning your growth is as important as добыча itself. Mismanage your tools, overreach your supply chain, or waste precious materials, and your expedition will collapse.

Drill deeper to gain more—at a cost. The further you push into the underground, the more madness rises among your crew. This is not just a number to manage: the depths fight back. Creatures use your growing madness to locate the outpost, and once they find you, no amount of Mythril will buy safety. Keeping your dwarfs sane and functional is as vital as keeping machines powered.

Your expedition is driven by tense choices and high-stakes outcomes. When you send dwarfs to handle events, their individual stats modify dice rolls, influencing success, failure, and the consequences in between. Choose who to send with care—specialists can turn a risky mission into a calculated gain, while an exhausted or unstable worker can turn a routine task into disaster. If a dwarf’s health drops too low or they succumb to madness, the entire outpost may be doomed.
