Stretcher Together is a cooperative 3D platformer built for two players, where teamwork isn’t optional—it’s the entire challenge. You and a partner step into the roles of medics on an urgent rescue mission after a patient suffers a serious fall. Your goal is simple to explain but tricky to master: carry the patient upward through a towering vertical course packed with hazards, moving platforms, and tight platforming sections.

The twist is that you’re connected by a shared stretcher, tying your movement together at all times. This creates a constant push-and-pull dynamic: you can help each other climb, stabilize tricky landings, and coordinate jumps—or accidentally throw off your partner’s balance if you rush ahead. Every step requires timing, communication, and careful positioning, especially when navigating narrow ledges or shifting obstacles.

As you ascend, you’ll face a massive vertical map designed around cooperative problem-solving and precision movement. Expect a mix of:

• Moving platforms that demand synchronized jumps
• Traps and hazards that punish careless momentum
• Platforming puzzles that test coordination and planning

But the biggest risk is always the same: don’t drop the patient. If you act too aggressively, mistime a jump, or fail to support each other, the patient can slip away and fall—forcing you to go back and recover them. This keeps every climb tense and rewarding, turning small mistakes into dramatic setbacks and clean runs into satisfying victories.
