June 27, 1998. A child is found on the shores of a lake—eyes locked open in terror, body numb with fear and cold. Nearby lie dozens of lifeless bodies. Dylan is the only survivor. Police investigations and secret service involvement lead nowhere. The truth dies with the victims… and inside the shattered, unreachable corners of Dylan’s mind.
