OUTBREAK – Build. Defend. Survive.

OUTBREAK is a third-person survival action game where each incoming wave pushes you closer to total collapse. The world is swallowed by darkness, resources are limited, and every decision matters—from what you build to where you stand when the horde arrives.

Light Is Your Lifeline

In OUTBREAK, darkness isn’t just atmosphere—it’s a threat. You can dynamically place lights to brighten key areas, reveal danger, and reshape how the battlefield feels and functions. With real-time shadows and shifting visibility, lighting becomes more than decoration: it’s a tool you rely on to stay alive, track movement, and keep control when chaos hits.

Face the Horde, Hold the Line

The waves don’t stop, and neither can you. Survive relentless assaults as enemies pour in from the shadows. Set up defenses and fight through pressure where every second counts—muzzle flashes and explosions briefly cut through the dark, offering momentary clarity before the next surge. The goal is simple: endure as long as possible.

Build Your Defense, Shape the Map

Every corner of the map can become part of your strategy. Place barriers to control paths, set up turrets to reinforce weak points, and create a defensive layout that survives wave after wave. Preparation is everything, but so is adaptation—what works now may fail later when the pressure escalates.

Resources are scarce, and spending is a constant trade-off. Every structure has a purpose, and every purchase competes with the next upgrade you might desperately need. Spend wisely, because one mistake can mean losing the entire line.

Precision Placement System

Building isn’t guesswork. A clear placement system helps you plan fast under stress:
• Green = valid placement areas
• Red = blocked areas

Positioning and rotation matter—one poor angle can turn a solid defense into a fatal gap when the wave hits.

Early Access Note

Online co-op is not available yet in the current Early Access version and is planned for a future update. Player feedback will help shape the ongoing development toward the full release.
