CHASER is a high-speed first-person precision platformer built around one goal: beating your own best run. Every level becomes a personal time trial where you’re constantly pushed to move cleaner, react faster, and shave off fractions of a second. Instead of competing against other players, you race the ghost of your previous attempts—an ever-present reminder that your next run can be better.

Levels are designed for replayability. There isn’t a single “correct” route to the finish—only quicker, smarter ones. After each successful clear, you’ll start noticing new lines, sharper angles, and safer shortcuts that weren’t obvious before. The more you replay, the more you refine: tightening your approach, learning where you can take risks, and optimizing movement to earn a higher rank and a lower time.

To match the pace, CHASER features a Walkman-style music system that keeps your run moving to a driving retrowave soundtrack. Your playlist is randomized and tailored to the atmosphere of each environment, and you stay in control while playing—skip tracks or replay a favorite without breaking the rhythm of the run.
