VortX

VortX is a casual arcade survival game set in deep space, where a relentless singularity (black hole) turns every run into a tense fight for control. You pilot a small spaceship trapped in a dangerous arena, surrounded by drifting and incoming asteroids. Escaping isn’t an option—the pull of the vortex keeps you locked in the scene—so the only goal is simple: survive as long as you can.

The controls and rules are easy to understand, but staying alive is not. You’ll need sharp reactions and careful movement to evade asteroids as the game steadily ramps up the pressure. What begins as a manageable challenge quickly becomes a fast, demanding test of focus. PowerUps appear during play, and choosing when to grab and use them can make the difference between a new personal best and an abrupt end.

VortX is built around procedurally generated levels, ensuring that runs stay fresh and unpredictable. In addition to its randomized gameplay, the game also features a seasonal ranked level: for each season (with four seasons per year), the ranked map remains the same so players can compete on equal footing. When the season changes, the level changes too—keeping the challenge new and pushing players to adapt. Each season includes its own leaderboard, giving you a clear target to chase and a reason to return.

For players who prefer variety or competition with a friend, VortX includes randomized single-player as well as two-player multiplayer. Every randomized playthrough differs, making each attempt feel like a new scenario with its own hazards, timings, and survival opportunities.
