An alien craft manifests without warning, and every attempt to communicate ends in silence. As time drags on, something begins to spread through the corridors—crew members start behaving strangely, paranoia rises, and the situation spirals beyond control. By the time you decide to act, the ship is already slipping into catastrophe.

You are the last line of resistance, fighting through sealed compartments and hostile encounters with one goal: survive long enough to warn your Homeworld about the threat that has reached Saratorum.

Inspired by classics like Zero Tolerance, Locum Tenens delivers tight, old-school action with modernized controls and a full PC release. Combat is built around smart preparation and adapting to the environment. You’ll manage your loadout with 5 inventory slots, forcing meaningful choices about what to carry and when to swap gear. A wide variety of weapons lets you tailor your approach—whether you need rapid firepower, precision, or specialized tools for tougher situations.

Each level is designed to push different playstyles. Some areas reward speed and aggression, while others demand careful movement, resource management, and the right equipment to get through safely. Threats aren’t one-note: enemies and bosses feature distinct weaknesses and tactics, encouraging you to learn patterns, adjust your arsenal, and choose the correct strategy instead of relying on a single weapon for everything.
