Gameplay and structure
Fiction Paradox blends visual novel storytelling with optional interactivity. You can choose the main character’s gender identity—play as a lesbian woman or a straight man—and the core story remains the same. The game supports polyamory, allowing romance with one, several, or all characters. Relationships develop through your choices, while major plot events stay linear. A built-in walkthrough can be toggled on or off for convenient playthroughs. The experience can be enjoyed as a pure visual novel or with occasional quick actions and light puzzles.
