Mutation Overload is a skill-based action roguelite that drops you into the role of a mad scientist testing monstrous mutations on living experiments. Winding through endless underground corridors of your lab, you battle swarms of mutated foes and formidable bosses, armed with a brutal arsenal designed to cut through chaos. Each run pushes you to outthink evolving threats while your own experiments tilt the odds in your favor.

When you perish, there’s no grim finale—just a return to the flesh-3D printer to reassemble and dive back in. Your progress is reset for the next run, but your upgrades and mutations evolve within the current run to keep the action fresh and challenging.

Upgrade your loadout with permanent body enhancements and weapon upgrades earned during a single playthrough. These upgrades persist within a run, letting you customize a build that fits your approach, whether you prefer brute force, precision, or clever mutation combos.
