Gestalt System description

Gestalt System — Concept and Vision

Gestalt System is an ambitious, evolving tactical FPS MOBA set in a future where teamwork and strategy fuse with fast-paced action. The project is currently in development and sits roughly a year away from its minimum viable version, with new content and features rolling in across future builds.

Core Gameplay

  • Seven minutes of intense action emerge from thousands of practice runs, designed to distill the most effective teamwork and tactical decisions.
  • Strategic combat is front and center: control tactical bonus points, infiltrate enemy backlines, and focus fire on high-value targets. Success relies on precise coordination with teammates to execute complex plans and breach defenses.
  • The objective is to destroy the enemy base, blending FPS reflexes with MOBA-style objectives to claim ultimate victory.

Loadouts, Progression and Tournaments

Players can imagine a mech configuration to fit their preferred role—damage dealer, support, or agile scout—and gain experience through battles to prepare for offline tournaments. Note: mech selection is currently not supported in the live build, but remains a key goal for upcoming updates.

Content Creation — Workshop

A Workshop is planned to let players add their own mech designs and bring fresh content into battles. This capability is not yet enabled, but is part of the long-term roadmap to empower community creativity.

Arenas, Time Travel and Maps

The combat arenas span eras and styles, with maps drawn from 2026 and 2024 versions implemented for now. These memories of past conflicts are revisited in new contexts, offering familiar layouts reimagined for evolving challenges.

AI, Humans and Collaboration

Gestalt System explores diverse collaboration modalities: human-to-human, human-to-AI, and AI-to-AI interactions. An AI gameplay overlay is under discussion, and protocol rules are being refined. The project uses gameplay as a platform to study future human–machine cooperation and competition, aiming to steadily bridge virtual play and real-world collaboration.

Community and Roadmap

Development emphasizes iterative updates and community input. Some features and balance decisions are still being fine-tuned as the team experiments with mechanisms and pacing. Interested players can engage with the project’s discussions to learn more about plans, timelines, and the evolving gameplay loop.
