Extinct Forest drops you into a vast, abandoned wilderness where survival hinges on wit and awareness. It is a hardcore, physics-driven FPS with no crosshairs, no traditional HUD, and no weapon reloading. You move with limited tools while predators react to what they hear and see. Every encounter is a risk, every shot a decision. You must read the environment, solve environmental puzzles, and outthink stubborn beasts if you hope to endure. In this world, preparation matters more than firepower. Are you the hunter, or the prey trying to slip through the trees?

• Pure immersion: Invisible UI, iron-sight aiming, no traditional reloading, audio-based shot awareness, and a visual health system. Weapons are limited-use tools — when they’re empty, they’re discarded, forcing you to adapt and rethink every move.
• Smart predators: Seventeen dinosaur species roam with distinct behaviors, including pack hunters, ambushers, and territorial giants. Iconic species such as Tyrannosaurus rex, Spinosaurus, and Giganotosaurus demand different tactics to survive.
• Exploration and puzzles: Navigate eerie locations and leverage physics to create openings, block paths, manipulate objects, or bait ambushes. Every tool and obstacle can shift the balance of a confrontation.

• Locations in Early Access: Diner, Pool, Military Outpost, Canyon, Industrial Area, Military Base. Each site offers distinct layouts, challenges, and encounter rhythms.
• Future content during Early Access: Lake, Village, Hospital, Airport, Secret Area are planned to expand exploration, puzzles, and predator dynamics as development continues.
