Japan Stigmatized Property 2: Surveillance Horror Case Files is a first-person surveillance horror game where your job is simple on paper—and terrifying in practice. As an observer for the Japan Stigmatized Property Association (JSP), you are assigned to monitor security cameras installed in designated “stigmatized” properties and identify anything that should not be there.

Your mission: watch the feeds, detect anomalies, and report them immediately. Miss too many real anomalies, or submit too many false reports, and your shift ends in Mission Failure. Endure the full midnight watch from 00:00 to 05:00 and you’ll earn Mission Success.

• Surveillance-based horror gameplay: Observe multiple camera angles, compare scenes, and stay focused as the environment changes.
• Real-world locations in Japan: You will be assigned to properties that actually exist, enhancing immersion and realism.
• Randomized anomalies: Irregularities can occur at unpredictable times, keeping every shift tense and replayable.
• Multiple camera modes: Some phenomena can only be confirmed using the correct equipment, such as Night Vision or the Standard Camera.
• Selectable difficulty: Choose Normal for a steady escalation, or take on Hazard Pay (Hard) for a more punishing and demanding shift.

What Counts as an “Anomaly”?

Stay alert for subtle and extreme disturbances, including:

• Furniture moving, objects disappearing, or new items appearing
• Intruders—human figures or spiritual entities—entering the scene
• Lighting failures, floating orbs, and unexplained shadows
• Bloodstains, wall changes, and signs of violence
• Video noise, interference, and “something” beyond imagination

Shift Details

• Assignments: Monitor 4 different properties
• Working hours: 00:00–05:00
• Success condition: Survive the entire shift with accurate reporting
