Haruta Fuyutsuki, a pure-hearted friend, has carried unspoken feelings for Rio Inami for as long as he can remember. He finally musters the courage to confess, and the two become a couple. Happiness blooms, but it is short-lived, because Rio’s heart—and perhaps her life—already belongs to someone else.
