Caravan: The Trade Road is a 2D pixel-art open-world trading RPG where every journey carries risk, every decision matters, and each step may lead to profit or death. You begin as an inexperienced merchant with very little, but through leveling up, thoughtful builds, and wise trading, you can become one of the strongest and most respected traders on the Trade Road.

Explore a vast open world — Travel freely between cities and regions, each with its own economy, difficulty, and dangers. Discover hidden dungeons on the maps and rise on the weekly leaderboard by defeating endless foes and proving your prowess as a trader and fighter.

Dynamic trading system — Every city sets its own prices for goods. Buy low, sell high, and exploit supply and demand to grow your wealth. If you prefer, you can hunt for trade goods in the open world, finding items unique to each city so you can trade without spending money, gaining true economic freedom.

Caravan system — Your caravan grows alongside you. Complete caravan tasks and upgrade to transports of higher level. Each time you level up, you unlock stronger animals, and every beast affects your speed, carrying capacity, and profit rate, making logistics as important as the stock you carry.

Character progression and builds — Gain experience by defeating creatures and leveling up to earn stat points and skill points. Allocate these to shape your character and craft distinct playstyles, with class variety stemming from your choice of two main weapons and the skills you develop.

Bandit ambushes and danger — Carrying valuable goods attracts bandits. Ambushes are smart and dynamic, with bands that use their own weapons and tactics. You can hire NPC teammates to reinforce your caravan when the risk is high.

Bosses and rare loot — Each map hosts unique monsters and bosses that appear randomly. When a boss is spotted, a notification guides you to the confrontation. Defeat bosses to earn tokens that unlock unique equipment and push your rank on the weekly leaderboard.

Equipment and appearance — Upgrade weapons and armor with plus and blue upgrades to increase your survivability. Customize your character’s look with visual accessories to stand out on the road alongside your stat-driven power.

Leaderboard and progression — Compete across four merchant categories and climb the rankings by slaying bosses, delivering caravans, excelling in dungeons, and upgrading items. Boss, dungeon, and caravan rankings reset weekly, while item scores remain permanent to track your long-term growth.
