Starfall Deck is a rogue-lite city builder where your deck is your city. On a hostile alien planet, you must build upwards to survive. Your colony is fragile, resources are scarce, and your only currency is Hope.

• Card-Based Construction: Every module, upgrade, and emergency action is drawn from your deck, shaping how your city grows.
• Manage Your Aetherium: Aetherium energy is finite and only available during the Night Phase to play cards. Decide whether to power a Fusion Reactor or sustain a Hydroponic Unit for food.
• Vertical Expansion: Space is limited, so you build upwards on a grid to maximize adjacency bonuses and efficiency.
• Day/Night Cycle: The game uses a tight schedule: Day Phase is for observation and resource income, while Night Phase is your action window to draw your hand, deploy modules, and repair critical failures before dawn.
• The Threat of Hope: Hope is your colony’s health. If it drops to 0%, the settlement falls and the run ends.
• Weather the Storm: The planet’s atmosphere is volatile. Prepare for Ion Storms, Acid Rain, and Meteor Showers by building Shield Generators to protect your tower and its critical systems.
• Random Events: Adapt to fluctuating conditions such as Dense Fog that reduces card draw or Ion Rain that can lower energy costs.

The world itself fights back with Atmospheric Instability and dynamic hazards, pushing you to plan ahead and react when disaster strikes. Your decisions during the Night Phase ripple through the Day Phase, affecting energy, oxygen, water, heat, and overall life support.

Meta-Progression: After each run, you earn Reputation Points based on population and survival time. Use them at the Legacy Terminal to unlock new card blueprints, powerful starting bonuses, and unique Tower Leaders with special abilities, granting fresh strategies for future attempts.
