BAROQUE SYNDROME is a remastered port of the 2000 visual novel centered on hallucination and delusion, inspired by BAROQUISM▲SYNDROME, a novel that portrays the “pre-Baroque history” of the Baroque world—before the catastrophic Great Heatwave.

You step into the role of Kitsune, proprietor of an unusual new business: the Baroque Shop. In a world where minds can be overtaken by warped, consuming delusions known as “Baroques”, Kitsune’s work is to heal customers by crafting the fantasies they crave. What begins as a service quickly becomes a descent into a surreal, dark narrative where reality bends, desires become dangerous, and the boundary between cure and corruption grows thin.

Designed as a branching visual novel, the story shifts repeatedly based on your decisions. You can save more freely with 20 save slots, making it easier to keep multiple routes or preserve favorite scenes.
