Core gameplay centers on dynamic, randomly generated dungeons. Navigate multi-floor depths, then engage in real-time, turn-based battles to gain experience and unlock power. Use Magic Artes and collect Elemental Orbs to fill a gauge and unleash even stronger Great Magic Artes. Manage Fia’s items and stats as you push deeper, facing wondrous treasures and magical foes—Puyo and Skeleton T among them.

A central command board is the Grimoire, your log of learned Magic Artes. As you complete Assignments and Help Quests, you earn Learning Points that unlock new nodes in the Grimoire, letting Fia learn increasingly potent Artes. The battle system rewards thoughtful builds and quick adaptation as you map your progression through the academy’s many challenges.

When you’re ready for a break, explore the school grounds in what the game calls “Fia is Mad About Town.” The Bulletin Board reveals unlocked mini-games, you can interact with classmates, grow ingredients, and cook curry to grant dungeon-wide boosts.
