Twin Balls Journey

Twin Balls Journey is a local, couch-based cooperative action-puzzle game where two characters are bound together by a mysterious rope. Together you dash through mind-bending arenas, testing your timing, trust, and teamwork. This is a two-player cooperative adventure that pushes friendships to the limit—and beyond.

Co-op and Input

Play locally with 2 or 4 players in split-screen on the same screen. For two players, both participants must use identical input devices: either both use gamepads or both use keyboards. Hybrid input (controller plus keyboard) is temporarily unsupported.

Rope Physics and Dynamic Puzzles

The rope is more than a constraint—it's your tool. Realistic rope physics let you swing over chasms, yank your teammate, or swing as a pendulum, all while balancing risk and reward. Use momentum, timing, and clever positioning to advance. Sometimes sabotaging each other is the key, other times your teammate becomes the essential stepping stone to reach the next platform.

Synergy Gauntlet and Communication

Each level demands perfect sync. If you want to go left while your partner goes right, you’ll probably end up tumbling together. Clear communication, trust, and a bit of friendly shouting are all part of the experience as you navigate the challenges together.

Worlds and Challenges

Explore multiple unique realms, from sky cities to ocean ruins and perilous deathtraps. The puzzles evolve with the environment—mechanisms, gravity shifts, and momentum play Central roles as you seek the finish line.

Replayability and Social Play

Even if you tackle both characters solo, the experience is designed for chaotic, memorable moments with friends. The challenge isn’t just reaching the end—it's the wild journey you share along the way. Local multiplayer supports 2 or 4 players, inviting you to test your skills and enjoy the inevitable chaos together. You can also invite friends to join via Steam Remote Play Together.
