Scale Mail

Scale Mail is a casual inventory-management puzzle game where you rotate, resize, and repack a growing collection of fantasy items. Use draconic magic to shrink or grow each item so they all fit inside a single bag, while keeping the load light enough to carry.

The core challenge is simple to learn but satisfying to master: place items, adjust their scale, and optimize space so every piece finds a home. Each level increases the complexity of the bag and the item lineup, testing your spatial intuition and planning.

• Charming Art — ArtPack with 50+ unique, hand-drawn items across 18 levels, from gleaming swords to twinkling gems and surprising curios.
• Peculiar Patrons — Meet mysterious and charming clients, each with their own uniquely-shaped bags and quirky sets of items to pack inside.
• Grow your Hoard — Fill any extra shipping space with sweets to earn stars, and these stars contribute to your growing hoard of gold.

Gameplay is approachable for short play sessions but designed to reward thoughtful geometry and experimentation. You’ll juggle weight, space, and fit as you arrange items—balancing size changes with the goal of packing everything securely into the bag.

Scale Mail invites you to experiment with a playful mix of items — from practical weaponry and gems to whimsical surprises — all presented with a crisp, inviting aesthetic. The combination of drag, rotate, resize, and weight-conscious packing creates a tactile, satisfying puzzle flow that encourages repeated attempts and clever solutions.
