Blather

Blather is a fast, addictive match-3 language learning game where you play as a translator serving customers in busy lines. Tap a customer to hear a spoken phrase, then choose the correct translation before time runs out. Answer quickly and accurately to keep the crowd moving—make mistakes or hesitate, and the lines fill up. Let them get too long and it’s game over.

Every customer belongs to a topic, shown as a number. When customers with the same topic end up next to each other, they clear together for bonus points. This match-3 style strategy turns language practice into a satisfying puzzle: manage the queue, plan your clears, and build streaks as the levels ramp up.

Never studied the language? You can still play. Each answer choice includes a hint button that plays the phrase in your native language, helping you identify the right translation through listening and deduction. Using hints costs precious time, though—so the more you memorize, the faster you’ll clear customers and the higher you’ll score.
